Whether you are suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, insomnia, fear, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), relational problems, low self-esteem, a momentary mood swing, or a decrease in morale, Mon Sherpa guides you on your journey to well-being. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care but complements it.

Mon Sherpa is a chatbot—an interactive agent: it initiates a dialogue with you to understand your symptoms and needs. It then offers you a personalized program consisting of exercises derived from cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, positive psychology, and mindfulness meditation—all scientifically proven techniques used by mental health professionals in their practice.

The development of the application was overseen by a Scientific Committee composed of researchers (CNRS, ICM at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital) and experts in psychological support (psychiatrists and psychologists).

MON SHERPA, YOUR PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

Specifically, Mon Sherpa allows you to:

Through dialogue, Mon Sherpa gets to know you better, identifies and understands your mental health issues, establishes your profile, and suggests exercises tailored to your needs.</li>
 <li>Be guided through a personalized program. Mon Sherpa offers high-quality visual and audio exercises such as meditations, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices. Learn to let go, relax, calm down, improve your sleep through breathing and relaxation. Master your stress, fears, sleep patterns, gain perspective in challenging situations, cope with temporary downswings, control your thoughts and emotions, acknowledge your feelings, act in line with your values.</li>
 <li>Experience long-term fulfillment and stability. Monitor your mood and emotions daily to learn better management. Keep track of your therapy adherence if on medication. Access healthcare information written by doctors, tips for daily improvement, practical guides on rights and support from a specialized social worker.</li>
